Below is the Redneck Valentine cake I made for work. The entire thing fell over after I made it. I blame "Little Debbie". It just doesn't hold the same as "Hostess". I had to take a moment to cry when I realized my Redneck Cakes would never be the same now that Hostess is out of business.
Back to the drawing board for my cakes. I am determined to figure out a way to do it and do it better than ever. Wait until I make the best Redneck St. Patrick's day cake. Tears will not happen on my next one....I can promise you that.
